Hall Bookings


Please submit your request to church office via phone or email: 01202 717268 or infoatstlukesparkstonedotorgdotuk.

You will be contacted to confirm availability.  The hire fee is £20 per hour.  A returnable deposit of £60 is also required, this includes the deposit for the key and fob which will need to be collected from the hall caretaker usually on the Thursday before the party. Details will be provided in a covering letter.

Please leave a 1 hour space between already booked times and a required times (you will be unable to make a booking unless this is gap is left as it allows for our team to check the condition of the hall before you make use of it).
