Welcome to St. Luke's
Children and Young People
We are privileged to have a good number of children and young people involved at St. Luke's. Maggie Strain is our part-time children's and families minister and we have a great team of volunteer leaders and helpers. Have a look at our Youth Pages for more information on what is on offer and how we do it.
There is a lot on offer at St. Luke's, all advertised in our weekly news sheet, giving the details of when ad where. There is always a variety of activities and groups on offer for adults, from small to big events and groups, from social to structured, from church to community, from formal to informal. Have a look at our Getting Involved Page to find out more.
We are concerned for and seek to care for all in our community. If you would like prayer or a visit, or have a concern, then please contact us via About Us Pages. We are also a Dementia Friendly church.
World Mission and Partnership
We value our partnership with the wider church. We are an Evangelical Church of England church, in the Salisbury Diocese, seeking to renew hope through prayer, growth and service. We also have a Deanery link with the church in South Sudan, and are an active player in the Churches Together in Poole initiative.
We give 10% of our church's income to mission partners locally and abroad. Have a look at our Getting Involved Pages to find out more.
